Hearts and Minds Action Team
Inspiring the next generation of manufacturing professionals by partnering with Educators, Employers, and Associations to raise career awareness among middle and high school students.
METAL Finishing Action Team
A team of METAL industry professionals working with WiseWire Inc. to launch a comprehensive 40-hour Metal Finishing training program via MASC, designed to equip participants with hands-on skills in the field.
With support from the CT Bond Commission, which has allocated $300,000 for the construction of a self-contained electroplating training facility, we intend to provide immersive, practical training to the Metal Finishing industry.
Simplify Access Action Team
Strengthening the Manufacturing in Northwest Connecticut by creating a unified, accessible platform. With a comprehensive resource inventory, new branding, and a dedicated website, we aim to streamline support for manufacturing partners. Our Concierge/RSP Link/Ambassador concept will offer personalized guidance, while regional and sub-regional networking meetings will promote collaboration and sharing of best practices across the industry.
